Return and Refunds

All sales are final.

I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me with the order number, a description of issue, and images if relevant. I will do my best to sort the issues out!

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within the 24 hours from when the order was placed.

Please be sure to contact me with time to be properly refunded.

Once an item is shipped, you can no longer cancel your order.


Can I combine multiple orders for shipping?

Yes, as long as the orders haven’t been shipped already! Please contact me as soon as possible to get the orders sorted out!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide! However, the customer is responsible for any custom fees, VAT, taxes, or import duties associated with outgoing orders.

How long will my order take?

Regular processing time takes about 3-7 business days. 
Processing time during conventions ranges from 1-3 weeks depending on schedule.
Processing time for pre-orders typically ranges from 1-3 months. 

I will update my social medias if there are any delays or changes to processing times!

Where is my package?

If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact your local post office first! I can no longer assist once your package has been shipped.
